    Is there extradition treaty between philippines and uae?
    Want to know if it's possible to extradite a person from uae back to philippines who is suspected to a crime?

    Hello allen:

    My guess is they can. Those countries don't give their people a lot of rights, and the right NOT to be extradited is a big one.

    Not suspected, but charged, if they are charged with a crime and the court is willing to pay for the person to be returned, yes they will be from there.

    Yes but it's hard. UAE and Philippines have different religion. UAE will surely protect its citizen and not just allow their citizen be back to a foreign land because it's a suspect. It requires very very hard work though.
