I am on l2 have some query if u can clarify .

1) can I work before getting ead in us.

2) If my ead get approved and visa is valid till 2011 I will work till my ead expire but in the mean wile l1 move out from us but his visa is valid till 2011 I am still able to work here or I have to return back with l1.
3) other legal alternative from which I can stay here and work.
5) should I am able to go for training or on the job training with or without stipend.

L-2 status depends on the principle L-1. As L-2 holder, you can apply for EAD and you can work only with EAD. Your status will end if you are divorced (if you are spouse), or L-1 finished his/her job in US.
