I am 30 years old. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past 3-4 months. I stopped birth control about a year ago as we had decided we were ready to start a family. Anyway, my last period was Aug 13/2008. When I didn't get my period in Sept I thought I was pregnant. I did 4 home pregnancy tests and all came back negative. I also had a blood test done that came back negative. Well, to date I still have not had a period. Now I am getting brownish discharge. What is going on? I am not stressed about anything and my periods have always been regular (28-30 day cycle). Now that we are trying to conceive my body is screwed up. I am about 4 weeks late now on my period. Is it possible I could be pregnant and it was too early to show up on my HPT and blood test? I had the blood test done when I was 10 days late on my period. I need some advice on this? Should I be concerned?

You may not be pregnant. You period may be all weird because of quitting the pill, I know you said it was a year ago but it could still have affects like this, but to be sure I would go and get another test
