I think it had polly in the name and it was outdoors. One of their skits was each taking an item from the junk pile and making up a use for it.

I don't know what show you are talking about. But there is a website, Old TV Shows that claims to list every TV show that has appeared in prime time. It is not very well organized, but with a little effort you might be able to scan the titles and find the show you are looking for.
