How much jail time can you get for not going to probation for a month.

Well, not reporting when you are supposed to is an instant violation right there. You didn't say if this was felony or misdemeanor probation. If it's felony you could very well be sent to jail to do your original sentence. If it's misdemeanor, ditto.

This all depends on what kind of probation office you are reporting to. Some offices are more lienent than others. For your sake, I hope you go as soon as possible because the longer you delay the reporting, the worse it's going to be on you (unless you like jail that is).
