    Quit Claim Deed
My husband owned a home before we were married and ex fiancé still living there. He quit claimed property to her after we were married but the form is dated 1 month before we were wed. She presented this document to him when she showed up out of the blue (we live in a different state) and asked him to sign, he states he did not realize he was giving her the house. Do you think there is any hope of getting this overturned/reversed? Do I have any recourse?

Well, you have no legal standing in this at all so it's his ballgame.

No, I don't see it being overturned and I don't see that the time frame matters. If there was some fraud involved, there COULD be a basis for setting the Deed aside but those cases are very difficult to prove. If he simply signed and didn't read the document, I don't see any fraud or legal basis to try to reverse it.
