    My unborn
Can a father sign over full custody of a baby before it's born?

No, nothing can be done until the child is born. When you say sign over full custody what exactly do you mean?

Check with your state laws and just call the local child support office...

    Good luck

No a father cannot sign over his rights to an unborn child. Since the child is yet to be born, the father currently has no rights.

No, until the baby is born there can be no custody agreement what so ever. In fact even after the baby is born you will find it hard for him to "sign over the rights" in most states in the US.
