    Continuous coverage
    If a person has had continuous coverage, is diagnosed with and treated for cancer, quits a job but maintains the same insurance under COBRA, and then gets new employer, will treatments for that cancer be covered by the new employer's group insurance? Will the new hire be able to get on the new employer's plan as soon as he/she is eligible (usually 90 days?) Isn't this what HIPAA is all about?
