I was recently in a car accident and received a fractured wrist and cracked sternum. I was wondering how long is it going to take for these injuries to heal?

Can't speak for sternum and everyone heals at a different speed BUT my wrist was in a cast for 4 weeks, smaller cast for 2 weeks, physical therapy for 4 months. I did not recover full use but it's about 85%.

My sister broke hers and was in one cast for 6 weeks, no physical therapy.
