    Multiple lived-in states
    Good afternoon all-

I'm new to this site, sp please forgive me if IF I am not following the proper etiquette.

I curently reside and work in Ohio. Recently I have decide to move to Kentucky to live with my aging Mother. For the next few months (about a year) I will keep my apartment in Ohio and continue to work here. I will live in Kentucky on weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. In addition, I do plan to change my Driver Licence to Kentucky.

What is my tax obligation to Ohio and to Kentucky?

    Hi, FERGIE56!

Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.

    Thanks!

    Fergie:

If you earn NO money in Kentucky, you will have NO tax obligations to Kentucky due to the tax agreement between Ohio and Kentucky.
