    Circuit Breaker Popping
    Hello,

We had a handyman just installed some recessed lights in our house. It worked fine for one day. This morning, the lights were not working. I checked the circuit board and noticed that one of the circuit switchs was popped. I tried to reset it by pressing it down; however, it kept popped back up as I pressed down. I just unable to reset it. Now a portion of the house that has electrical wires connected to this circuit is black out.

Any of your feedback is highly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Edward

NO! Do not call him back.

Get a REAL electrician in to make sure this "handyman" did not do anything dangerous!
