Recently I have lost access to my hotmail account. It was an account that I used most days over a period of years, so I doubt that a typing error is the reason. The message "invalid user or password", and now I get something like "you've tried three times access denied" - not exactly, but that is the base of the message. When I try to change my password via the secret option, I get an asian text of some sort, whether it is a question or not I do not know. When I try for the change password information via a different email address option, I can't type in the alternative address. I have tried the answers given on this forum, but none seem to work. It seems that a lot have suffered the same fate. Can someone please tell me what to do?
