I have just installed a front loader frigidaire and when I turn on the hot water the unit begins to fill with water (even when it is not on) and continues to fill until it overflows and comes out of the detergent drawer. The cold water works right.

Kayleed - I'm not really up to date on this one ,but I'm going to try to give you some help before you go swimming. It may be the water fill flot held in the open settingand niot closeing. Check out the float switch, and if this is a new unit ,Call the repair man from the store you got it at, It should be under warranty. :: Good luck and GOD BLESS
