    Bloody nose
My 4 yr old daughter has had a stuffed up nose, greenish. The past 2 days it has been bleeding out the right side and it is hard to get it to stop. She has been complaining of right sided temple pain as well. Should I be concerned?

Take her to the pediatrician. If there is a greenish color coming out of her nose, this signifies infection and needs to be treated with proper antibiotics.

I have a script for amoxicillin that I haven't used. Should I get it filled and see what happens?

Who is the script made out to?

You don't use medication from the past for something now, this really needs to be seen for this.

Take your child to the doctor... This infection may require another antibiotic.. antibiotics are based on weight. I am sure you and your daughter do not weigh the same.

to get her nose to stop bleeding, have her lay down on the floor and hold the part of her nose that is right between her eyes.Hold for about 2 min.if it does not stop, have her blow her nose into a tissue and it should stop.=)

I'm sure the bloody nose stopped since this post was a month ago.
