Hi! I got off the Depo-Provera shot about 9 months ago. I am worried about my period. I have been on my period for two months straight. I would think the shot would be out of my system by now. Should I be concerned? I have also had some abnormal Pap Smears come back in the past. I am worried it may have something to do with that. Tiffany

Most likely it is the Depo shot causing the long periods. However, since you have had some abnormal paps, I would recommend a visit to your doctor.
