Travel after driving under influence in Fl
I was arrested for driving under influence in Fl last week, bailed myself out for $500 and the formal review is at the end of this month (October).

My lawyer says I can travel inside and outside US without restrictions, but I want to be 100% sure !

Anybody who can shed a light / has an opinion?

Assuming you are paying this Attorney for this info and he's admitted to the Bar, I would believe him. He is far more familiar with the circumstances surrounding this case, including your past history, than anyone else.

If, on the other hand, you do not trust his advice I would "fire" him and retain a new Attorney. These are life changing decisions and you should be able to trust your Attorney to give you sound legal advice.

You changed Attorneys when you were indicted for money laundering and perhaps it's time to do the same thing again.
