My wired connection is stating that it's connected but there is 0 packets sent and 0 packets received. When I try to use the ipconfig command there's no information coming up. It's totally blank. How can I get this back up and running again?

Silly question, is the cable securely connected at BOTH ends ?
Try unplugging it, blowing in the hole and replugging it.
Also try a different cable.
Also check to make sure the router is powered on correctly.
I have 4 pcs running fine and yes the network cable is secured. The actual error that I get from the IP Configuration Diagnostic is the following:
'Unexpected error from iphlpapi: The pipe is being closed.'
What does this mean and how do I fix it? Please help.
This is a DLL file that is the IP Helper API. It us used to report the information you were concerned about.
Start up the computer that is having a problem in SAFE MODE with NO NETWORKING. Copy the C:\Windows\System32\IPHLPAPI.DLL file from one of your other computers running the same Operating System and Service Pack level and replace the one that is not working properly.
Ok. I will try this out and will let you know what happens. Thx.
