    Strange Katydid?
Hello! I saw an insect earlier today (in PA) that I have never seen before! Any help in identifying it would be greatly appreciated. I've tried to identify it online, and the closest thing I came up with is that it may be some kind of katydid. It had legs like what you would see on a mantis or grasshopper, but I don't think it was either. It was a larger bug with gray wings with gold circular tips, and orange-red antennae. It also had something coming down from its mouth or chin that was also orange-red, kind of like a spike. It was all gray. And the strangest thing was that it had spikes on its back, shaped like the comb of a rooster's head or something you would see on the back of a dinosaur. It flew away before I could get a picture. Anyone know what this insect could be? Thank you!
