The muscle of my penis turns blue sometimes and when I begin rubbing it during masturbation it turns normal into pink. Is it something serious? I am not circumcised is that any reason?

Lets say that vein is dormant while at rest, not much blood passing through, just a normal amount but when you masturbate more blood flows that is why the colour difference. There is nothing wrong, it is a normal reaction.
