I've been shaving my shaft for a while. I've dry shaved and used shaving creame. I have about 6 small skin colored bumps on the shaft of my penis. They have little hairs coming out of them and I can't really shave on top of the bumps because they will bleed. I don't have any kind of discharge nor do I have any painful urination of any sort. I've read about how shaving bumps should go away in a few days but I've had these bumps for months. Is it shaving bumps and I just haven't done anything to make them go away or is it something else?

Without doing a physical exam or being able to do certain labwork, it is impossible for us to tell you what this is. You will need to visit your doctor for that.

Not all STDs have discharge or painful urination.
