Help!
I've been in a sexual relationship with my boyfriend for around 3 months now and all was fine until about 3/4 weeks ago, it began to hurt when he enterd me, which had never happened before, this has happened every time since. Also once the sex has finished I get really itchy and have been producing a sticky, stringy yellow discharge, what could be the cause of this?

Ovulation, emotional stress, and sexual excitement cause increased amount of this yellow secretion. To prevent problems every woman should keep her genital area dry and clean, use condoms to avoid STDs, don't douche after menstruation or intercourse (because you wash away the natural antibodies in the vagina) and have regular tests. Vaginal yellow discharge, if profuse, can be a symptom of vulvar vestibulitis or HPV condyloma viruses.

Better make a trip to your doctor and sit down with your s/o and talk about safe sex and condoms. The question you should be asking is 'where else has he been'.

It could be a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. You should get checked.
