I have a regular 30 day cycle. I was due to start my period on 30 sept.I am now 4days late. 2 HPT's have been negative. I have cramping, lower back pain, nausea in the morning & my breasts have just stopped being sensitive. Since yesterday afternoon I have been getting VERY small amount brown spotting when I wipe. Could I be pregnant or is this my period?

Sounds like it's your period.

Pregnancy symptoms and PMS are very similar.

Of course, it could still be too early to test with an HPT. Wait another week, if you don't get your period then test again.
