    Lose weight.

    I want to lose weight. I'm about 5 foot 6 inches and weigh about 122. I would like to see me weigh between 110 and 115. How can I do this in 2 - 3 weeks?

    Really, just watch what you eat. Increase your water intake and exercise.

    Eat a bit less than usual, but do not starve yourself and do not skip breakfast. Food causes the body to run at "normal." Going to bed a bit hungry is good. Increase your physical activity too, but don't over do it. If there are stairs at work, or on the way, skip the elevator.

    Many people will think that you're thin enough. I'm the same size, 122 pounds, and I'm fat (not saying you are.) Yes, 110-115 pounds can be a healthy weight. Stay sane, think healthy. You have 2-3 weeks, you'll do it!
