I have petitioned for my wife I-130, US citizen filing for spouse. I-130 is apporved on Sept first week and forwarded to NVC. What is next step and how long it will take for interview in US Embassy in the overseas?

Where is she now? What is her status? Etc.
This is like a doctor examining a patient on the phone... give info as much as possible .

She is in Nepal. I am US Citizen and my I-130 has been approved and it is forwarded to NVC. What do I expect next. What is next step? When will I be asked to submit I-864/Affidavit of support?

It may take up to 4 months at NVC before the case is forwarded to the consulate...
She will be notified by the consulate with list of documents needed for the interview.
