    Immigration and Divorce
My husband and I got married in January. I filed for him to get his green card the process is almost over. I found out recently he is cheating on me with another women. He plans to divorce me when this process is over, and re-marry the other women. What should I do:confused:

File a divorce as soon as possible, then submit copy of your divorce decree to USCIS and request to withdraw your sponsorship. Leave the rest to USCIS... and move on with your life.

I really can't afford the divorce right now , I've called many lawyers and no one has a reasonable price. Is there a way I could get them to go to him and let him know they know what he's up too. He made me move out the house two months so I am staying with my mom. He's trying to get me to still go along with this and I cant. Who can I call and what should I say?

You can't call USCIS just to tell them about your problems. If you can't afford a divorce attorney, try get help from legal aid in your area. When divorce is final, send a copy with a letter to USCIS.

If you stay married for 2 years, he may file a self-petition to remove condition.. if you want to end this whole charade, act now.
