    Night Sweats Hot Flashes
HELP... Hot Flashes and night sweats the worse. I have to change my pj's at least 4 times a night. They are soaking wet, my sheets are soaked. Please tell me a home remedy or anything that works.

Susie, you mention whether you are in post or peri but either way the majority of the time the cause of hot flashes is an imbalance of estrogen and progestrone. Menopause causes a drop in levels of both but typically progesterone drops faster than estrogen resulting in the imbalance.
Something you should try is to use a natural progesterone cream. I have recommended a product to many of my friends and told them to try it at least 30 days. Almost all of them got relief from the same thing you're going through. Go to Uber Balance and Essential Body Cream . If you have any questions about the product and how to use it, their customer service is excellent.
    Hope this helps.

I'm sorry. The website didn't come through. The company is Heartland Natural dot com. When you get to the site click on Products, then Natural Health, then Uber Balance.

Susie, I have to ask how old you are, and if this could be menopause for you. Also a few other questions I have for you according to your symptoms above...

Have you ever been tested for diabetes?

Do you have a cough? If so, for how long?

You see, the symptoms you have written about above are indicative of several things: 1) menopause; 2) Diabetes; 3) Tuberculosis. These are the 3 most serious problems I can think of at the moment.

If it is due to perimenopause or menopause itself, there are some natural means that may help... as MrEasy suggested... but, as J_9 mentioned, you would have to determine the actual cause first. Make an appointment to have it looked into.

It is important to keep in mind as well, that if you are not able to use hormone replacements... (birth control pills for example) even natural methods are not usually recommended.

Ya I've been there, my doctor put me on prempro and a sleeping pill a real mild one and I feel like a new woman.. She monitors me once a month and now feel I can quit taking the sleeping pill my body has adjusted to all of this. I can now go shopping or do stuff without sweating all over... Talk to your doc I couldn't take the sweating and the lack of sleep everyone's different just chat with your doc..
