    What do you mean by a forum? Criminal law would be the place to post criminal law questions. Or do you mean some other site?

    My wife had her annual review which she has a copy of and was granted a 2% increase. One week later she was provided with corrective action documents, and her company is withholding the 2% increase for a 90 day period. Is this legal.

    Does she have an employment contract or does she belong to a union? Otherwise an employer can pretty much do whatever the employer wants - it's employment at will.

    What happened between the annual review and the week later?
