What type of mushrooms go best with whit fish(haddock)? I see so many recipes that call for mushrooms but don't say which ones.

Id got for a delicate tasting mushroom like oyster or Shiitake as it won't over power the fish they also don't turn sauce's into a vile brown colour like normal caped mushrooms.
