    Custody of unborn daughter
I'd like some advice of what I need to do in order to get full custody of my unborn daughter. She's not due until November. I feel that the house that my ex-girlfriend is living in is unfit for an infant. There is constant aruging and fighting amongst the occupants of the house, there is drug trafficking and use inside the house, the house is HORRIBLY messy, and there has been conversations between my ex and her grandmother, the owner of the house, stating that the grandmother wishes that my ex had never gotten pregnant and that she doesn't want the baby. There have also been conversations between me and my ex stating that she feels that she is "unfit to be a mother" and that our daughter would be "better off" being raised by me and not her. I need as much help as possible before my daughter is born.

    Thanks all.

You can do nothing until the child is born - when the child is born, request DNA testing to prove you're the father and also file for custody, stating why the child is in harm's way.

On the other hand if it's as bad as you say the mother may simply surrender custody to you.
