Hi, I have a Kenmore Washing Machine model # 417.44052400 that won't spin. I have done a diagonstic test on the machine and it comes up the error code 43. My book says that I need to replace the control board. I have now purchased that board and installed it, but my machine is still doing the same thing and I am still getting the same error code. Can you please help me figure out what could still be wrong with this?

It's a bad wax motor inside the door latch. The diagnostics are buggy and do not test it properly. Part number 12002535 is $10 to $15.

My kenmore washing doesnot spin
