    Child support
My cousin is separated from his wife. We live in CA She wants him to give her $800 monthly for 2 kids. Sound a little high but OK. Here's the thing he only makes about $2100 net after taxes but most importantly he's always with the kids! The kids sleep at his house because she works nights and she only picks them up in the morning to take them to school and he picks them up after school and feeds them, helps with homework and puts them to sleep!! If anything she should pay him any body see something I'm not? Let me know!

Oh also she left him because she wants party on weekends and he's more a family guy!! I told him to see a lawyer and get a divorce I know he can get full custody since he's the responsible one!

I would definitely suggest a lawyer for this one. It sounds like she's not going to give the kids up without a fight because he's doing all the work yet she still wants the money. If everything you've said is true, then he shouldn't have a problem getting primary physical custody of the children.

He should get a lawyer and file for custody fast. The faster the better and tell him not to pay her anything until the judge orders it becaue chances are, especially if he gets the ball rolling, that he will have custody and she will be the one to owe support.

In Cali its where the child spends the night as to who pays the support. It sounds like he has full custody at this oint so he really needs to go to court and have that affirmed.
