When one particular friend of mine sends me emails some of them have a red x in the top left hand corner of what is suppose to be a picture of something. Could anyone tell me if there is something that is wrong on my part or is it her computer?

When one particular friend of mine sends me emails some of them have a red x in the top left hand corner of what is suppose to be a picture of something. Could anyone tell me if there is something that is wrong on my part or is it her computer?
There are a number of reasons this maybe happening. This should help in solving any issues you may have.

I get a red x in the left corner of the box when I try to open an e-mail where a picture should be how do I fix this
This works
1.Close Outlook
2.Load Regedit. Start | Run | Regedit
3.Navigate to the following registry key;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\
Security\OutlookSecureTempFolder
4.Delete the path specified in the OutlookSecureTempFolder key
5.Restart Outlook
