So, I like this guy a lot, and well I have a boyfriend... and we argue a lot (me and my bf)... and my love for him has gone down a lot... bcz of the arguing... I honestly don't know what to do.. should I break up with him?? should I give him another chance?? He gets very jealous when I talk to guys.. I have to ask to even talk to the one I like... what should I do??

Communication would clear the way, if you feel the relationship is broken beyond repair then maybe the relationship has run its course

If I was your guy, and knew you were talking to someone you were interested in, I would be very PO'D, and dump you right now. It sounds as if your guy has a reason to be jealous, and frankly females like that are a No-No.

Why can't you be honest with him, and let him go, before you see what the other guy is about.

There is no shame in breaking up, or changing how you feel. But stringing a guy along till your ready to jump ship is selfish, and WRONG!

You should definitely break up with him... or give him another chance. Those are your two options. There is no third... like tempting fate and possibly cheating with another guy. You don't have that option.
