I have color marks on my vinyl handbag. It is from the plastic bag that contained it. How do I effectively remove the marks?

The first thing that I would suggest trying is just plain old soap and hot water applied with a clean cloth or high-quality paper towel. The next things that I would recommend would be Goof-Off or Oops! Applied in a like manner. Both of those products should be available at most paint and hardware stores.
