My father passed away a year ago and my mother passed away last week they did not leave a will do I have the legal right to go into there home and pack up there personal belongings

What State and do you have brothers and/or sisters or are there surviving children of deceased brothers and/or sisters.

As Judy mentioned, if there is no will this will have to go though probate most likely, depending on how the house is deeded, * are you on the deed, are you on any of the bank accounts and so on.

Are there other brothers and sisters ? As noted

In all likely hood you will have to go to probate court and be assinged to be over the estate.
