94 toyota camry with 4cyc. 5speed was running had small fire that damaged wiring harness on eng. Repaired harness replaced timing belt, and tuned eng. Now I can't get the eng. To run properly.Acts like the timing is off. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks, Dennis

Who replaced the timing belt? That needs to be properly pre-timed for anything else to line up.
