    DVD from hard drive
I downloaded a test video from VCR to hard drive, using PVR Plus capture device. I used Roxio 6. Now what I want to do is transfer the video from the hard drive to a DVD in my Plextor external DVD recorder. My problem is: I cannot find the video. I know it's there in my hard drive someplace as I saw it being captured. How can I find it?
    Thanks

If you remember the date you did it, you can do a search for files created on or around that date. To do this.

Open up "My Computer" and press Ctrl+F to open up the search option.
    XP
    Click "All Files and Folders"
Then click on "When was it modified?"
And select "Specify dates" and choose "Created Date" from the drop down
Pun in the From and To fields to the date/date range of when you captured the file
    And click search.

    Vista
Click on the "Advanced Search" to the far Right
Choose "Date Created" from the first Drop down
Choose "IS" from the drop down
Now if you remember the date for sure choose it, if you want a range just select the first date and while holding down your right mouse button drag to the last date you want in the range
Then click the drop down arrow to close the selection
    Last click search

    Hope this helps you
