    Paternal grandmtr rights?
    My 17 YO son has a 4 months old dtr. He is currently in juvenile. The mother of his dtr is 19 YO. I am having a difficult time seeing my granddtr. Does AZ have paternal grandmother rights?

    In Arizona the COURT can award visitation rights to a grandparent of a child born out of wedlock.

    You would have to petition the Court for visitation.
