I was recently put on unsupervised probation 8/6/2008 for dui and I also spent 3 days in
Jail for driving while license revoked. On 9/20/08 I got an underage drinking ticket. This is
My 3rd or 4th. Will have to do jail time?

Oh honey, your in trouble that's for sure. My opinion is Yes, the judge is going to teach you a lesson. I have had my share of lessons, Thank God I finally caught on.
Sounds like you really need to change some things in life. Good Luck.

I would say yes, if for example in the State court here in Atlanta that judge would be tired of you not learning a lesson, and would give you jail time.

In NYS, yes. Where are you?

Obviously probation didn't work, a brief time in jail didn't work - the Court will probably realize they are out of options.
