See if you can get him to take a feed a bit longer than the 5-10 minutes. He may not be getting enough of the hindmilk to keep him feeling fuller longer. Even an extra 5 minutes might make a difference. If he is easily distracted, and wants down after a quick snack, try a breastfeeding necklace. Any chunky, colorful necklace that you wear and he can mess with while he is at the breast. Keeps them distracted while still feeding a bit longer.
Be sure he is actually hungry and not just wanting to suck. Some babies really enjoy the extra sucking and using a pacifier may help between regular mealtimes. It might cut back at least some of the current feeds and extend the time he is actually nursing at other feeds which in turn will fill him up more. Or, if he fed recently, try other means to distract him a bit so more time passes between feedings and he will hopefully eat more at the next feed... offer a biscuit, go for a walk, play on the floor with toys, etc..
He may be going through a growspurt as well and will naturally want to eat more frequently than usual. This allows him to boost your milk supply to meet his growing needs.
Some mothers skip the bottle and go straight to sippy cups. Maybe see if he will take a bit of expressed breastmilk or a little water from one (it will take a bit of practice) and you might be able to offer that at night once in awhile.
If you definitely want to go with a bottle, it can take perseverance. Might help if someone else offers it when you are not around. Might help if you let him play with it a bit with just a bit of water in it. Try offering it when he is not very hungry as he is getting used to it.
