How far into the pregnancy are you? Some women will develop what is called PUPPS... very annoying, doesn't hurt you or baby, and usually goes away after birth. Certainly have your doctor take a look at it as if it is PUPPS, there are several different creams you can use that may be helpful. Often it will appear almost like a bumpy rash (hive like) on the stomach and sometimes on much of your body.

It could also be your body reacting differently to something that normally wouldn't bother you. Sometimes it can be a result of the mix of hormones in pregnancy that can cause a reaction.
