My girlfriend experienced two heavier than normal periods for her two previous cycles, then last month she missed her period. A pregnancy test showed that she was not pregnant, but her gyno told her it could be too early to determine. Now currently instead of her normal period, she's having dried blood clots instead of a normal period.
Any ideas of what is causing this?

Other than that, have her see her gynecologist again - she might need a D & C.

If the clotting does not stop and she has cramping and other pain, take her to the Emergency Clinic - there is no reason to prolong a painful or uncomfortalbe condition.
