Does anyone know how many points in Florida burglary of an unoccupied structure (third degree) would be? Also, how many points is F3 grand theft and if this crime is their first crime in this state and occurred prior to another felony conviction in another state, how does that affect the situation.

You have already asked about the point system and you received an answer from someone ("Twinkie") who worked in the system.

As far as a criminal record in another State, it will be factored in.

As I said in the other post about Florida points, this is all determined at the time of sentencing. The person's attorney will review the points with him and explain what his sentencing guidelines will be and what sort of prison time he is looking at.
