Wow, I am in a tight money crunch right now! I'm 18 years old, I haven't finished high school (this is my senior year), I don't have a driver's license. Tomorrow I go in to take my permit test, and it will cost me 35$ I have about 10$ in cash, and maybe 45$ in savings. My job doesn't give me very many hours at all. I have a phone bill to pay which will be about $60 (my first bill w this phone) and if I want to take my permit test tomorrow, I will have to borrow money, then pay it back next Friday when I get my check.
I just got a phone call from my boyfriend, who is having some major money issues too. Things might get stressfull here for a while. I need to encourage him, WHILE trying to get my things straighted out. It's not much that I have to pay compared to if I had to pay for a car, housing, etc. but it's plenty to get me broke! How do I handle all of this?

If you borrow a little from each of a number of people, they probably would be more likely to loan money to you. Like, $10.00 or $20.00 dollars from each person, with a written promise that you will pay each of them back by a certain date. Could also pay things back gradually.

Just some thoughts for you...

Get a job with more hours.
