Depends on the value of the home and the amount of money you need.
If you only need 70 percent of the value of the home, it is very possible.
And I would say you are not near in foreclosure, foreclosure will be legal action where you get served and they are getting ready to take your house away from you in court.

Well I have been served came the other day
So I hope I can either get a refi or I will have to sell it.
Can't do a chapter 13 because of the 1500.00 morg I can't do now
And I still have to pay that and they tell me it can't get lower.so what
Good is a chapter 13? I have no credit cards so no worry there.
Any more info on what I can do? Or do I just let it go at this point
