It's okay to be shy. There are lots of verbal and social people in the world. Shy people balance them out. That's good. After all, what if EVERYone were verbal and social?? No one would be quiet and listen; everyone would be talking and waving their arms around.

Shy makes you mysterious, interesting--like a special gift wrapped in pretty paper and tied up with a fancy bow.
