    What should I do?
I have a baby with my current boyfriend and my first love has came back and I still love him... I don't want my current boyfriend to take my baby when I leave him... what should I do because I love my first more than ever now!!

Your boyfriend can't take your baby away unless you're an absolute freakin' basket case.

Meanwhile, remember you are NEVER going to get over love feelings you have for people in the past. That's no reason to throw away the relationship you have now nor the family you've started to create.

You're a mother now. You really SHOULD be making life choices on things more relevant than "I love him". 12-year-olds feel that. Your baby deserves you giving your current family every chance you can to make it work.

Unless your boyfriend is someone you SHOULDN'T be with, which you've not stated, then he's worthy enough for you to lay down and make babies with... so he's also worth some adult focus on your part, too.

All three of you deserve that.

Fathers have as much rights as mothers, and it seems a court will decide how this will go if the father presses for his rights.

Agree with Tal, it's going to be a toss up when you go to court, especially if he can show he can provide a more stable environment and you jumping relationships will not look good to the courts, shows a lack of stability.

I agree with all of the answers.

Try and do what is best for the child involved.
