Hello, Im trying to install my mobile phone hardware disk so I can upload my pictures from my mobile to my computer? It is a second hand phone and not sure if the disc has been used before but it says it can't find anything on the disc and to seek help? Why is this?

It is probably stating that it cannot find software on the disk to match your hardware. I would suggest that you go to the Samsung website. You should be able to download the drivers you are needing.
