I have this itching feeling inside my penis... its not an std, I know I'm clean... it feels like something is blocking the vein at the lower end of the shaft and it feels like I can piss it out but I cant... not matter how hard I force... what the hell can this be... is it a bladder infection or something else... going to the doctor soon!! Any advice would be awesome!!

Sounds like it may be a kidney stone. Is there burning? Well, either way man- go to the dr! But for comfort, take a warm bath, it may relieve it for just a little while. Good luck!
