We been knowing each other for about 2 years but we not really talk to each other just say hey and stuff like that. But we start to talk it been about 3 weeks now
He used texts me and we call each other every night even when he working out town.
He remember what I like and bought me stuff and we went to eat and he says he hope we can hang out more .he comes to where I work everyday accept when he out town
But now he hasn't come for 3 days and today I asked him if he want to to eat with me tomorrow and he says he has to work late tomorrow but if its not too late then he will go with me
It seems like he avoid me now
What should I do
I really like him

If he keeps coming around, keep interested in him.

If he stops coming around, stop being interested in him.

The guy needs to be inspired to pursue you. If he's not doing that (after having once done it), then there's not much to be done.

It's a good idea to give it more time. Wait and see what happens.
If you want a relationship, build it on a friendship first, so when the mushy relationship drama comes, there's always a good, solid, foundation.

And be carefree. Don't stress over him missing calls or him not seeing you because he's busy, or has other plans. If it was meant to last, there will be plenty of times for hanging out in the future.

Its only been 3 weeks, he just may have other things to do. You may miss the attention, but there is no reason to put your life on hold, for one stranger, just as its no reason to assume anything from his actions.

Caution- Guys can be charming, and attentive, until they don't get what they want!

You should go out with your girlfriends and see what else is out there. He sounds full of excuses. Make him wonder where you are, make him chase you again. See what else is out there.
